AEI is a comparative editorial index published by The Lonely Entrepreneur. It is provided for general information, research and discussion. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, employment or other professional advice and should not be treated as a valuation, credit rating or factual guarantee.
Rankings and profiles
Scores and ranks reflect editorial judgments based on the methodology, evidence and research cutoff identified for the applicable edition. Inclusion, omission, rank or score does not constitute endorsement, criticism or a statement about an athlete’s character. Close scores should not be interpreted as scientifically precise differences.
Permitted use
You may view and share links to AEI pages for lawful, noncommercial reference. Republishing substantial portions of the Index, scraping or systematically extracting the dataset, presenting AEI scores as your own, removing attribution, or using AEI trademarks without permission is prohibited except where applicable law permits.
Intellectual property
AEI 100, The Athlete Entrepreneur Index™, the selection and arrangement of the Index, its original analysis, design and written profiles are proprietary to The Lonely Entrepreneur or its licensors. Athlete, company, league and team names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or affiliation.

AEI may link to third-party sources for evidence and context. Those sites control their own content and policies. A link does not imply endorsement, and AEI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of external sites.
Corrections and changes
AEI may correct material errors under its published correction policy. The site, methodology and these terms may be updated prospectively. Published annual editions are otherwise preserved as described in the methodology.
